I have to say, this movie grew on me. The first time I watched it (and I didn't want to because I thought the book/plot sounded ridiculous) I thought it wasn't very good. (I think it was mostly because I didn't want to like it) But then I decided I would read all of the books which are surprisingly very interesting. After reading all of the books I re-watched the movie. The movie is really very good. It catches all of the books main themes and the actors match their characters very well. For a vampire/romance novel brought to life it was very good. All I have to say is don't judge it before you watch it (or read it) because there is a sort of thrill to the entire series. Just give it a chance.
